Filling: British free-range pork (73.9%), tomato ketchup (tomato paste, sugar, spirit vinegar, maize starch, citric acid, potassium sorbate), black pepper (4.9%), butter (milk), potato starch, malt vinegar (from barley), molasses, spring onion (1.7%), onion, garlic, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), oyster (mollusc) extract, corn starch, sesame oil, rapeseed oil, maltodextrin, salt, rye flour, acetic acid, Chinese rose wine, tamarind

Sprinkled with black sesame seeds

 

Beef Rendang Bao

Bao dough: wheat flour, water, sugar, coconut milk (coconut extract, citric acid), baking powder, yeast, salt  

Filling: British grass-fed beef (69.2%), coconut milk, dried red chillis, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, galangal, shrimp (crustacean) paste, desiccated coconut, lime leaf, coriander seed, Kaffir lime peel, mace, cardamom, cinnamon 

Sprinkled with kerisik (toasted desiccated coconut)

 

Char Siu Chicken Bao

Bao dough: wheat flour, water, sugar, coconut milk (coconut extract, citric acid), baking powder, yeast, salt, beetroot powder 

Filling: British free-range chicken (83.6%), char siu marinade (honey, fermented soybean paste, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), corn starch, dehydrated garlic, spices, acetic acid) (4.2%), honey, Shaoxing wine (contains wheat, colour: plain caramel), garlic, shallot (3.6%), spring onion (2.2%), red fermented beancurd (soybeans, wine), oyster (mollusc) extract, sugar, salt, sesame oil, chicken bouillon powder (contains maltodextrin), gelatine, vegetable oil, potato starch, five spice powder

Naturally coloured with beetroot, sprinkled with gochugaru (mild Korean pepper flakes)

Filling: salted egg yolk (egg yolk, salt) (27.6%), sugar, butter, milk, coconut milk, evaporated milk (whole milk, stabiliser: sodium phosphate, Vitamin D), custard powder (cornflour, natural colours (annatto, curcumin), natural vanilla flavour) (7.7%), carrot, agar agar powder

Matcha white chocolate lava bao

Bao dough: wheat flour, water, sugar, coconut milk (coconut extract, citric acid), baking powder, yeast, salt, matcha powder (1%)

Filling: Belgian white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour) (40%), milk, butter, sugar, custard powder (cornflour, natural colours (annatto, curcumin), natural vanilla flavour)

Naturally coloured with pure matcha, sprinkled with dessicated coconut
